EM series offers cutting edge technology emplying the third generation drive system, "AC Servo Direct Twin Drive".These revolutionary machines combine the best featres of mechanical and hydraulic models with much higher performance. Em is equipped with many features to support environmental conservation such as engergy saving power, oil free operation and low noise.

Major features are:-

1. Slug pull prevention via "Air Blow" Punches and "Power Vacuum Dies".

2. Fine Contouring process - Laser quality edges by specialised nibbling tool.

3. Inch Bend process - downward bending of small flanges, not possible in a Press Brake.

4. AI Slotter - provides no overlap marks, eliminating the need for deburring edges.

5. High Speed Parts Removal - by work chute tool.

6. High Speed Deburring process - automatically chamfers edge of sheet. no filing by operator.

7. Continuous High Speed Forming - offset, flange and joggle perfomed by forming tool.

8. High Speed Marking - part identification numbers by single marking tool.

Turret configurations available are: 45 station with 4 auto index, 58 station with 2 or 4 auto index and 70 station with 2 auto index.
