Togu III Automatic Tool Grinder

Amada developed the TOGU III Automatic Turret Punch Tool Grinder on the basis of the increasing requirement for high quality punching and the elimination of any burrs on all wokpieces made on Turret Punch Press Machines.

To achieve this the punch should be perfectly sharp and the die clearance correct for the specific application.

The TOGU III has been created for this purpose with a considerably reduced labour time (10 times), thus increasing production time as well as helping obtain the highest quality of grinding.
